These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the MOVRDY online store and your purchase of products from us. By accessing the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
1. Store operator and contact

2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to make a purchase. If you use the store on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.
3. Product information
We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Colors, finishes, dimensions, packaging, interfaces, and minor design details may appear differently across devices or may change as products are improved. Product images are illustrative, and minor non-material differences do not necessarily constitute a defect. Material product features and required safety information will be presented as required by law.
4. Prices, taxes, and promotions
Prices may change without notice before an order is accepted. Applicable taxes, duties, shipping charges, discounts, and promotions are shown where possible during checkout. Promotional offers may be subject to separate terms, eligibility rules, quantity limits, or expiration dates. We may correct obvious pricing or typographical errors before fulfillment, subject to applicable consumer law.
5. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline an order for legitimate reasons, including product availability, payment authorization, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, pricing errors, or legal/compliance concerns. An automated order confirmation does not always mean the order has been finally accepted or shipped.
6. Payment
You authorize the payment method selected at checkout to be charged for your order and any clearly disclosed taxes or fees. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, whose terms and privacy notices may also apply.
7. Shipping and delivery
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise or applicable law provides specific rights. Risk of loss and legal title transfer in accordance with applicable law and the shipping arrangement used for your order.
8. Returns and refunds
Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
9. Product use and safety
Read and follow all product instructions, warnings, contraindications, charging guidance, cleaning instructions, and age or health restrictions supplied with the product. Stop using a product if it causes unexpected pain, numbness, skin irritation, overheating, dizziness, or another concerning reaction. Do not use a product in a way that is inconsistent with its instructions.
10. General wellness; no medical advice
Unless a product is expressly identified and lawfully marketed as a regulated medical device for a particular use, MOVRDY products and content are intended for general wellness, comfort, recovery, relaxation, or lifestyle purposes. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease, and store content is not medical advice. If you have a medical condition, implanted electronic device, circulation problem, reduced sensation, recent surgery or injury, are pregnant, or are unsure whether a product is appropriate for you, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.
11. Intellectual property
The MOVRDY name, logos, brand assets, website design, original text, graphics, product photography, videos, and other content are owned by or licensed to MOVRDY and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit our content without permission, except as allowed by law.
12. Reviews and user content
If you submit a review, photo, video, testimonial, or other content, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it is not unlawful, misleading, defamatory, infringing, or fraudulent. To the extent permitted by law, you grant MOVRDY a non-exclusive license to use content you voluntarily provide for store operation and marketing, subject to our Privacy Policy and any specific consent requirements.
13. Prohibited uses
You may not use the store to violate law, infringe rights, transmit malicious code, interfere with security, scrape the service in an abusive manner, impersonate others, submit fraudulent orders, or engage in conduct that disrupts the store or harms other users.
14. Third-party services and links
The store may integrate or link to services operated by third parties. MOVRDY does not control all third-party services and is not responsible for their independent terms, availability, or content. Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate agreements.
15. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and without limiting mandatory consumer guarantees, the store and products are provided subject to the warranties expressly stated at purchase and any warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory rights that apply to you as a consumer.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOVRDY will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses arising from use of the store or products where such exclusion is lawful. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, or mandatory consumer remedies.
17. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims caused by your unlawful misuse of the store, infringement of third-party rights, or material breach of these Terms. This provision does not reduce any non-waivable consumer rights.
18. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, carrier disruptions, strikes, customs delays, natural disasters, cyber incidents, government action, or widespread infrastructure outages, subject to any rights that applicable law gives you.
19. Governing law and consumer protections
These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the business entity operating MOVRDY and the transaction, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country or state of residence. Any forum or jurisdiction provisions are subject to rights that cannot be waived by contract.
20. Severability and waiver
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
21. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order generally governs that order, subject to applicable law. The current version is identified by the “Last updated” date.
