Size exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery and are subject to stock availability. The customer is responsible for returning the original pair and paying the applicable US$30 replacement shipping fee.
A free exchange may be available when the shoes themselves arrive damaged or have a verified manufacturing defect. Damage limited to the external shipping box does not qualify when the shoes remain undamaged.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.
